Actor, Host, Voiceover Artist with gravitas and charm.

Chacko is a lawyer turned actor, voice-over artist, writer, trainer, producer and host based in Kuala Lumpur, and often in Los Angeles and Singapore.

Recent credits include narrator for the History Channel Asia and Nat Geo Asia series Road to Nationhood, host for the Royal Gala for The Prince of Wales, Coach Tharman in Anak Merdeka (ASTRO), as actor in Cinemax series Strike Back, BBC series Our Girl., HBO Asia/Viu series The Bridge and Tonton series Ghaib, Presenter for Hakam’s (Human Rights Socieity of Malaysia) Facebook Live Series.

Chacko is producing his screenplay on a poignant inter-racial Malaysian love story and a documentary on the critically endangered Malayn Tiger.

Chacko was Sabo Singh in popular Singapore sitcom Mr Kiasu: nominated for Best Comedy, Asian Television Awards. US credits include: Rules of Engagement, In Plain Sight, The Bold & The Beautiful. Stage credits: King Arthur (Camelot), Prospero (The Tempest), Mahatma Gandhi (Steve Allan Theatre, Hollywood) Film credits: Princess of Mars, 1957 The Heart of Malaya, Ice Age 2012.

He coaches using acting skills in the corporate world and does role plays with clients like Unilever, Visa, Petronas, Coca Cola and PWC, working with organisations like Duke Corporate Education, LanguageWorks and Enfinit Academy.

Born in India, raised in Malaysia and educated in England, he has a degree in Law and Archaeology & Anthropology from Cambridge University and is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, London. He studied acting at the New School, New York and Carter Thor Studios, Los Angeles. He was a litigator with prestigious law firm Shearn Delamore and chaired the Malaysian AIDS Council’s Law & Ethics Committee before going into the arts and entertainment full time.
